The Executive Board is the Union's governing body and the mechanism through which the membership directly administers the Union. The E-Board, as it is commonly known, reviews all financial expenditures, membership requests for arbitration, and Union operational rules and regulations.

​In line with the International Constitution and Department of Labor standards, the E-Board members are chosen by the whole Union membership and elected to office every three years.
